Welcome to one of my favorite units here in the park. Quiet, Cul-de-sac unit, flat, mostly gravel, low maintenance and near the entrance for easy access. 30' camper that has been completely redone, full addition with block foundation. Camper and addition have real HVAC. The enclosed porch with Easy Breezy Windows, new blinds and a mini-split for climate control comfort is currently being used as a TV room. Includes a table with chairs, oversized bean bag chair, rock n glide chair and a bungee chair. Large room with plenty of space for all your guests. Move into the added living room, with sofa, recliner, TV, table and trundle bed. Also in the addition is the primary bedroom with nice space and good storage. The camper is now a lovely kitchen with really nice appliances, updated bathroom with alcove tub/shower combo, new vanity and real potty. Small area with a twin bed for additional sleeping. Fenced back yard for your dogs. New flag pole. There is a carport for your car or boat. A shed in a box for your golf cart. A fully insulated building with power, water and a washer/dryer to remain and a loft. Great lot here in the park. Come and see if this can be your "Happy Place". All buyers must be with a realtor to gain entry to the park.
